Great and quick repair

This arm replaced a bent and worn out arm that was preventing my attic door from closing completely. I drilled out the original rivet, swapped out the arms, and screwed in the supplied lag bolt. The entire process took about 5 minutes, and once I had the springs reattached, the door shut as tight as new.
